We operate in more than 45 countries with a diverse workforce and a focus on talent and professional growth.Job purpose: As Miu Miu Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in all warehouse-related responsibilities and in delivering services to the Store. You ensure correct handling of goods in store, comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures for product care, and you strive to achieve individual and team targets while providing excellent service for both in-store and e-commerce channels.Key Responsibilities
Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelinesDay-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing and efficiencyPrepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelinesPrepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levelsPrepare the flow of damaged/not sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, products under repair)Organize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systemsOrganize the display objects systemParticipate in correct management of uniforms flowParticipate in correct management of gifts flowEnsure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store, transfer, and e-commerce shipmentsEnsure company guidelines are followed in the event of theft, including appropriate communications and documentationAssist in prompt investigation in the event of system negativesManage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT systemParticipate in organizing and executing physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessories (packaging, stationery, engineering materials) respecting timingSupport warehouse activities related to salesEnsure security and cleanliness of the warehouseSupport the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations ManagerSupport Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising when neededMaintain contacts with providers and keep the archive up to dateComply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations ManagerKnowledge And Skills
