Middleware Platforms Support Lead - Vice President Sector: Financial Services/BankingDepartment: Production Management andamp; Service Delivery About the opportunity Our client, a leading international financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Middleware Platforms Support Lead at Vice President level to join its Production Management andamp; Service Delivery function. This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role supporting the Middleware platforms underpinning business-critical services within a complex, global banking environment. The successful candidate will act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues while driving improvements in platform resilience, automation, monitoring and operational performance. Key responsibilities Provide hands-on administration and production support across IBM MQ, AutoSys, Splunk and enterprise integration platforms. Lead the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of complex technical incidents. Act as the senior technical escalation point for critical production issues. Drive platform engineering, automation and operational resilience improvements. Enhance monitoring, observability and alerting to improve service availability and reduce operational risk. Work collaboratively with infrastructure, application support, engineering and service management teams.
