Middleware Platforms Support Lead - IBM MQ, AutoSys, Splunk, Enterprise Integration Platforms, Monitoring andamp; Observability, Workload Automation, Production Support, Incident Management, Platform Engineering, Automation, Operational Resilience Senior hands-on technical leadership role responsible for supporting and improving business-critical Middleware platforms within a 24/7 financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and support IBM MQ, AutoSys or equivalent scheduling tools, Splunk and integration platforms. Lead complex incident resolution, recovery and technical escalations. Drive automation, monitoring, resilience and platform reliability improvements. Support major incidents and out-of-hours production operations. Essential Experience Strong hands-on IBM MQ administration and production support. Experience with AutoSys or equivalent workload automation and Splunk. Proven experience supporting critical production services, including on-call and major incidents.
