dual-side expertise in acting for both lenders and borrowers . The team is led by ranked and recommended Partners (L500 and Chamber), for their work across investment and development financings, portfolio transactions, and senior/mezzanine debt structures; with particular strength in student accommodation, BTR, logistics and office sectors for
