THE ROLEAs a Midweight Product Designer, you’ll join a cross-functional team working on key onboarding and lifecycle journeys. You’ll get hands-on exposure across the full design process while contributing ideas at a strategic level. With a clear progression path to Senior Designer within 6 months, this role offers the opportunity to fast-track your career in a high-growth fintech environment.

PROJECTS YOU’LL WORK ONSupporting the redesign of the legacy trading platform.Helping to build retail-focused propositions.Designing unified customer journeys across app and web.Creating smoother onboarding and account activation flows.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCEMust haves:Solid end-to-end product design skills, with strong Figma capability.Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering.Portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and user-centred design.Nice to have:Exposure to UX/product research.Experience with data-driven design or complex workflows.Understanding of regulated industries (fintech/FSI).
