They are looking for someone to join as the Technical Support Engineer for a 20-month contract where they will be delivering advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for customer systems supported by the Enterprise Desktop Service. UKIC DV Clearance is Required Key Responsibilities:Provide 3rd Line Technical Support for Enterprise Desktop Service.Design and implement Desktop Images using standard technologies.Deploy and support MDT and SCCM for system management.Manage routine Desktop Patch and Image updates.Maintain Virtualised Desktop Infrastructure.Design and deliver Group Policy updates. Skills and Experience:Essential:Strong expertise in Windows 7 and 10 Desktop ImagingProficient in Windows Lockdown via Group Policy (NSCS/Microsoft SCM)Skilled in SCCM Current Branch (Implementation, OS/App Deployment, Patching, Endpoint Protection)Expert in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit for small OS deploymentsGood knowledge of Active Directory GPOs (including Applocker and Firewall)Advanced troubleshooting with SysInternals tools (ProcMon, NetMon)Experience with Citrix Virtualization (Desktops and Applications)Familiar with Application Virtualization (App-V) and User Environment Virtualization (UE-V)Clear and ..... full job details .....
