Clarence Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful secondary school in Rugby seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join their thriving languages department. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented teacher of French, Spanish, or German to inspire students and develop a love of languages and international culture.

As an MFL Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Build students'' confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Prepare lessons in line with the curriculum and GCSE requirements.
• Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom with high expectations.
• Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities.
• Adapt teaching to support and challenge learners of all abilities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching French, Spanish, German, or a combination of languages.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passion for language learning and cultural awareness.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
