Morson Edge are working with a leading provider of metering services within the UK energy retail sector to recruit a Meter Reader to cover the Oxfordshire (OX18, SN7, OX28 and OX29) area.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is self-motivated and thrives in an independent role. You will play a key role within the Metering team, responsible for collecting accurate meter readings across residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service on behalf of some of the UK s leading energy suppliers.Full training is provided before moving into the field, giving you the skills and knowledge required to work confidently and independently.The Opportunity As a Meter Reader, you will be responsible for visiting residential and commercial properties to collect gas, electricity and water meter readings using a handheld device.You will plan your daily routes, travel between properties and accurately record meter information while ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism at every visit.This is an active outdoor role involving walking, driving and working in all weather conditions.
