I am working with a top 15 firm who is seeking a commercially astute and ambitious MandA Manager to join their growing Corporate Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact mid-market transactions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping the future of our advisory offering.Responsibilities

Lead and support sell-side and buy-side transactions, from origination through to completion.Prepare and review Information Memoranda, financial models, and valuation analyses.Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.Coordinate with legal, tax, and due diligence teams to ensure seamless execution.Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and supporting pitches.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.What they are looking for

ACA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical and commercial acumen.Proven experience in Corporate Finance/MandA, ideally within a top 20 firm or boutique.Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and make an impact.Seniority level
