We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our team. Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.Support the execution of live transactions, including due diligence, process coordination, and client interaction.Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; a focus in finance, business, accounting, economics, or mathematics is preferred.Prior experience in corporate finance/MandA or a closely related field is highly desirable.Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with a strong grasp of accounting and financial concepts.Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements.High level of motivation and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; strong financial reporting skills are essential.Details
