MEP Supervisor

The MEP Supervisor Role As a Mechanical Bias MEP Supervisor, you will support the management team in the successful delivery of commercial mechanical installation projects across Kent, Sussex, and Surrey. You will oversee installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role will focus heavily on commercial mechanical systems, including commercial heating, boiler installations, pipework systems, and hot and cold water services. Alongside site supervision, you will provide technical input into projects, assist with producing mechanical specifications and schematics, and occasionally support the commercial team with pricing small works projects up to approximately 500k. This position will be a mixture of site-based and office-based working, requiring someone who is comfortable managing engineers in the field while also supporting project planning, design, and estimating activities. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Installation Supervision Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works across commercial projects. Manage teams of installation engineers, mechanical operatives, and subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered in line with: Drawings Specifications RAMS Programme requirements Quality standards Provide technical support and guidance to engineers on site.
