MEP Quantity Surveyor

Your new company An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing MEP projects division, supporting a strong pipeline of long-term local work. You''ll work alongside an experienced commercial team, taking ownership of the commercial delivery across multiple live projects.This role offers real scope to develop, with ongoing training and exposure across the full project lifecycle.Your new role Manage the commercial performance of multiple live MEP projects alongside the Contracts teamPrepare and submit monthly valuations, maintaining accurate trackers and recordsSet up and manage variation registers, supporting pricing, submissions and client queriesIssue and track contractual notifications in line with JCT / NEC requirementsAssist with subcontractor procurement, order preparation and supply chain coordinationSupport monthly reporting, including cost/value reconciliations and forecastingCollate sales and cost data for divisional reportingAttend site visits to review progress, valuations and variation activity with project teamsWhat you''ll need to succeed MEP QS experience preferred; main contractor QS with JCT/NEC also consideredStrong communication and organisational skills Good IT skills, particularly Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong numeracy and attention to detail Ability to manage workload independently Full UK driving licenceWhat you''ll get in return An excellent opportunity to join a leading MEP contractor, offering ..... full job details .....
