Not your typical construction company! Responsibilities: Prepare pricing for all upcoming, completed jobs and commercial functions on projects. Gathering accurate costings from site staff, sub-contractors and IT systems to ensure accurate billing. Identify variants, investigate and ensure pricing is accurate and explainable. Report on completed works on a weekly and monthly basis. Analyse progress and financials, including risks or concerns on a regular basis to management, customers or site managers. Ensure all projects spend is in accordance with tender prices submitted. Liaise between site staff, management/directors and the client on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all contracts on costs, ISO standards and company HandS. ..... full job details .....
