MEP Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and public health works on a large high-rise construction project in Poole. This is a freelance position for approximately six months, leading the project through to successful completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage all MEP subcontractors on site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance. Oversee commissioning activities, ensuring works are completed to industry standards. Prepare and coordinate OandM manuals in line with project requirements. Drive completion of all works through to practical completion and client handover. Liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives. Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain project documentation. Requirements Proven track record as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and quality standards. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and relevant trade/engineering qualifications preferred. ..... full job details .....
