MEP BIM Manager

CSS are looking to hire an MEP BIM Manager for one of our clients in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating MEP BIM delivery across projects, ensuring models are accurate, coordinated, and delivered to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP BIM models across multidisciplinary projects.
• Lead clash detection and model coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM standards, processes, and project requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Review models for quality, accuracy, and constructability.
• Support and develop BIM processes as the company continues to grow.

About You

• Experience in MEP BIM / Building Services.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination and construction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 is desirable.
