Location: Birmingham (Crossways Building)Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract with Potential ExtensionRate: Competitive Market RateWorking Pattern: Predominantly Remote, with attendance at the Birmingham office approximately once every two weeks and occasional additional travel as required by the programme. The OpportunityWe are supporting a major UK infrastructure programme in the search for a BIM Manager to join a client-side digital engineering function.This is a coordination-focused role supporting a portfolio of 14+ active projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, Senior BIM Coordinators, Information Managers, Document Controllers, and Programme stakeholders to ensure BIM processes, model coordination activities, and Common Data Environment (CDE) operations are delivered consistently across the programme.This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, coordination, governance, and BIM delivery oversight rather than hands-on modelling production.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day BIM coordination activities across multiple infrastructure projectsAssist with the administration and management of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Coordinate with project BIM teams and delivery partners to support programme-wide consistencyParticipate in model review and clash detection sessions using Navisworks and ACC Model CoordinationMonitor compliance against BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Employer''s Information ..... full job details .....
