(THRIVE/ELSA trained) to join a supportive East London school this September.In this role, you will:Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional emotional support.Use Thrive strategies to help children understand, express, and regulate their emotions.Provide a safe and structured environment where pupils can build resilience, confidence, and healthy relationships.Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive school culture.Mental Health Practitioner | What We’re Looking ForA strong understanding of children’s social, emotional, and mental health needs.The ability to build trust and work empathetically with young people.Experience in a similar role, or training in emotional well-being strategies (Thrive qualification desirable but not essential).A patient, resilient, and caring approach to supporting pupils.Mental Health Practitioner | What We OfferOngoing training
