We are now seeking a compassionate, motivated and skilled Mental Health Project Worker to join our multidisciplinary team and support the wellbeing and recovery journeys of the people who live with us. The Role As a Mental Health Project Worker, you will play a key role in supporting residents to achieve their personal goals, improve their well-being, and engage with the wider community. You will work closely with colleagues across care, clinical, and therapeutic services to provide thoughtful, person centred support. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver tailored mental health support plans with residents. Provide day to day emotional support, guidance and motivation. Plan and run well-being-focused activities, workshops and community engagement projects. Build trusting, respectful relationships with residents, families and external partners.
