This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in creating a supportive, high-quality care environment where residents feel valued. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and leading a skilled, compassionate team.About You: Proven experience managing a mental health service A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings. Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based care. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.
