What you will be doing:
Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
Providing mentorship and support to team members
Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes, maintaining accurate records
Skills and knowledge required:
A relevant nursing qualification
NMC registration
Strong teamwork skills
A high level of self-motivation and flexibility
A positive attitude, caring and compassionate nature
A commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice

Emerald Place Clinic is a general adolescent inpatient unit for young people aged 13 to 18 with mental health conditions, including Mood Disorders, Acute Psychosis, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Autism, and disordered eating.
