Title: Medical Records ClerkHourly rate: 12.90phContract length: 3 monthsLocation: Darlington, DL1 Shift: 8am to 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break (Monday to Friday)Hours per Week: 37.5 Role overview: Performs administrative tasks for patient medical records and associated documents in accordance with an established paper-based or electronic filing system. Responsibilities: Creating, updating and maintaining patient medical record information in accordance with local file management practices and electronic or manual record filing systemsRetrieving, delivering and filing/storing patient records in line with daily schedules, emergency and special project needsReviewing medical records for completeness and accuracy of required information and taking appropriate action to ensure record integrityPerforming additional clerical and/or administrative duties as required within the medical records department.
