Duties of the Mechanical Supervisor include:Supervising and supporting a team of mechanical engineersCoordinating planned and reactive maintenance activitiesProviding technical support across HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting and mechanical systemsEnsuring maintenance activities are completed safely and compliantly Managing maintenance records and compliance documentation Supporting plant inspections, servicing and repairs Undertaking AP duties or completing AP trainingParticipating in the on-call rota and supporting the wider estates teamThe Mechanical Supervisor will have:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mechanical discipline Background in Plumbing, HVAC, Air Conditioning, Pipefitting or Building ServicesPrevious experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Engineer or Lead EngineerStrong leadership and people management skillsGood IT skills, including Outlook and Microsoft TeamsAP experience desirable but not ..... full job details .....
