Mechanical Site Manager - Bristol Location: Bristol Duration: Approx. 6 months (Starting April) Employment Type: Contract Red Rock Consultants are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a new-build fit-out project in Bristol. This role involves managing the mechanical aspects of the project, reporting directly to the Mechanical Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate air conditioning, ductwork, plumbing, and controls installations Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards Conduct and lead morning meetings, providing clear instructions to site teams Enforce and maintain health and safety regulations on-site Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve any operational challenges Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in a construction or fit-out environment Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ducting, plumbing, and mechanical controls Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management Valid health and safety certifications are advantageous How to Apply This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a reputable and supportive team.
