Key Responsibilities: Oversee all mechanical aspects of the project, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, and controls. Coordinate labour activities on-site and provide tool box talks to ensure safety and productivity. Monitor labour levels, assess productivity, and ensure efficient use of resources. Review and assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) and lifting plans. Manage snagging works and ensure commissioning activities meet project standards. Coordinate room and void closures while adhering to Swiftline''s Quality Management Systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, performing regular inspections. Requirements: Proven track record in delivering mechanical installations (Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Controls). Supervisory experience and ability to lead on-site teams effectively.
