Mechanical Quality Lead - Data Centre ConstructionLocation: Blyth, Northumberland3D Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an established international main contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical construction projects across the UK and Europe.Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Quality Lead to manage QA/QC activities across the mechanical installation packages on a major data centre project in Blyth.This position will suit a mechanically qualified quality professional with strong experience in HVAC, pipework and associated building services installations.The RoleLead mechanical QA/QC activities across the projectOversee quality inspections relating to HVAC systems, pipework and associated mechanical installationsDevelop, review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and quality close-outCoordinate with mechanical engineers, construction managers and subcontractors to maintain installation standardsEnsure all works comply with approved specifications, drawings and quality proceduresMaintain accurate quality records, inspection reports and documentationPrepare and review mechanical quality dossiers required for commissioning and handoverAttend quality coordination meetings and monitor subcontractor complianceCandidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years'' experience in a mechanical QA/QC positionDegree in Mechanical or Building Services EngineeringStrong technical understanding of HVAC, ..... full job details .....
