Mechanical Project Manager - Heathrow Airport

-450 per day | Outside IR35

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a Tier 1 M&E contractor delivering a range of commercial and industrial projects at Heathrow Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects within one of the UK''s busiest and most complex environments, with project values reaching up to -10 million M&E.

Key requirements:

* Mechanical Project Management experience within the building services sector
* Experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects
* Experience managing M&E projects valued up to -10 million
* Strong programme and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage projects from site mobilisation through to handover
* Previous airport experience is advantageous but not essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of mechanical packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Location: Heathrow Airport
Rate: -450 per day
Contract: Outside IR35
Project Values: Up to -10 million M&E
