Location: London (Full-time Office Based)
I''m working with a well-established and highly respected construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of public sector projects, with a particular focus on residential and education developments. You''ll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Role
- Lead and manage the delivery of public sector construction projects.
- Oversee projects across residential and education sectors.
- Manage programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing strategic project advice.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
- Experience delivering public sector projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery from feasibility through to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
