Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Project Manager: Understand and support engineering requirements by managing and liaising with key project stakeholders, including the client design team, main contractor, suppliers and sub-contractors Provide information reporting to ensure activity targets and deadlines are met in support of the project team Review drawings and specifications, and become familiar with design/IFC specifications and drawings to fully understand the scope of works; oversee the coordination process that transforms design information into full installation drawings via BIM, ensuring spec compliance and schedule priority, including generation and management of Requests for Information (RFIs) Manage the installation to meet project quality standards on site, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and specifications, including all site activities ..... full job details .....
