Mechanical Project Manager

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical works on a large commercial project, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with other trades and project management teams, monitor progress and programme, and ensure all mechanical works comply with current regulations, drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects
• Strong background in commercial mechanical building services
• Experience managing HVAC, heating, ventilation, plumbing and associated mechanical systems
• Proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Strong knowledge of programming, procurement, cost control and project delivery
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, consultants and clients
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality and compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• SMSTS qualification
• CSCS card
• Relevant mechanical qualifications/background
• Right to work in the UK
• Available to start ASAP
