Job Details Cat B Fitout projects, Plant replacement / Fitout scheme Full DandB from stage 3 onwards with specialist CDP contactors Ventilation Mechanical sprinkler systems VRF HTG/Cooling BMS Mechanical pipework What this person is responsible for? General Management: Provide overall management resource to direct, supervise and support all Project operations through appropriate company staff. Develop, plan and implement company policies and goals. Standards: Ensure that all installation works associated with the Projects maintains compliance with all relevant standards and legislation through appropriate formal procedures. Operational Procedures: Plan workload and allocate specific projects and tasks. Prepare operational project programmes in line with main project programme and identify labour and material procurement deadlines. Manage the preparation of major materials and master material procurement schedules. Identify and check that proposed procurement dates come in line with the appropriate programme dates to ensure that materials and equipment are available on site at the prescribed times. Identify any sub-contract packages of work that will be required making reference to our original tender offer if appropriate. Plan the site set up arrangements and procure via our Buying department the appropriate site office, workshop and storage facilities making reference to our original tender allowance.
