Optio Resourcing is recruiting two Mechanical Project Managers to deliver mechanical packages across retail and commercial projects.

The Role

• Manage mechanical packages including HVAC, plumbing and pipework
• Control programme, costs and subcontractor performance
• Liaise with clients, design teams and site teams
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical PM
• Mechanical background, either trade or engineering route
• SMSTS and CSCS
• Retail or commercial experience is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
