Mechanical Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working on commercial projects in Leeds.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial mechanical installations, project delivery and site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion.

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial mechanical installations.

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, costs, programme schedules and resources.

• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on site.

• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors.

• Manage procurement, materials and labour requirements.

• Resolve site issues and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the commercial building services sector.

• Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects.

• Valid SMSTS certification.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations.

• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.

• A proactive approach to health and safety, quality control and project delivery.
