Mechanical Project Manager LondonSalary: £75,000 £80,000 benefitsI m currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing MandE contractor, working across commercial projects in London.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having real ownership of their projects and wants to be involved from the initial planning and procurement stages right through to successful completion.You ll be responsible for managing the full delivery of mechanical projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, main contractors, clients and consultants to make sure everything is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.The RoleYou ll be responsible for:Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction/planning through to completionCoordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliersManaging procurement and ensuring materials and resources are available when requiredWorking closely with main contractors, clients and consultantsMonitoring project programmes, budgets and overall performanceManaging quality and ensuring works are completed to the required specificationAttending site and project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholdersIdentifying and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycleBuilding strong working relationships with clients, contractors and project teamsWhat We re Looking ForWe re looking for someone with:4 5 years experience as a Mechanical Project ManagerStrong experience ..... full job details .....
