Position: Mechanical Project Manager Location: London and Surrounding areas Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 Mechanical Project Manager - Job Overview A specialist Mechanical Contractor based in Essex, with over 60 years of industry experience is looking for an additional Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding Projects Division. The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial inception through to final handover, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle. This will include conducting site visits and surveys, overseeing design and estimating, preparing quotations, negotiating and purchasing materials, supervising labour, coordinating commissioning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of large-scale mechanical projects, including:Air Handling Units (AHUs)ChillersVRV and VRF systemsBoilersVentilation systems Projects will consist of a combination of fit-out works and live asset replacement projects, the projects will be delivered specifically across medical and healthcare sites, therefore previous experience working within the healthcare sector is essential.
