Mechanical Project Engineer

This Principal Contractor are seeking at Mechanical Services Project Engineer to work closely with a Technical Services Manager . 

The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire Northamptonshire, and Bedfordshire.

Clients span the Motorsport , Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Pharma and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £15 million.

Based out of the company office near Reading & on site, you will be working on a range of M&E packages within several Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects from pre-construction phase. Mechanical Packages could include HVAC, Chillers, Ductwork, Pipework, Plant Rooms, Hot & Cold Water Supplies etc.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience managing M&E Packages on High End Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build Commercial Office Projects in the UK . They will have worked for a Tier One Contractor or specialist M&E Subcontractor.

The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £60k-£75k plus electric car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus.
