Mechanical Project Manager Data Centre Location: Hounslow Rate: £(Apply online only) PD DOE Contract Duration: Long Term Start Date: ASAP We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages on a large-scale data centre project in Hounslow. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical installations, including HVAC, chilled water, cooling systems and associated pipework. Oversee mechanical subcontractors, site supervisors and installation teams. Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and resource allocation. Coordinate with electrical, CSA and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor installation progress, quality, health and safety, and compliance with project specifications. Manage technical submittals, RFIs, design coordination and subcontractor performance. Oversee mechanical testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover to the client. Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services, particularly HVAC and cooling systems. Experience managing mechanical packages from installation through to commissioning and handover. Strong subcontractor management, programming and commercial awareness. SMSTS and relevant mechanical qualifications preferred. ..... full job details .....
