Mechanical Project Engineer

This Principal Contractor are seeking at Mechanical Services Project Engineer to work closely with a Technical Services Manager . The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire Northamptonshire, and Bedfordshire. Clients span the Motorsport , Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Pharma and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £15 million. Based out of the company office near Reading and on site, you will be working on a range of MandE packages within several Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects from pre-construction phase. Mechanical Packages could include HVAC, Chillers, Ductwork, Pipework, Plant Rooms, Hot and Cold Water Supplies etc. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience managing MandE Packages on High End Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build Commercial Office Projects in the UK . They will have worked for a Tier One Contractor or specialist MandE Subcontractor. The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £60k-£75k plus electric car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus. ..... full job details .....
