Position Summary:
The client is looking for experienced mechanical fitter with knowledge of large diesel engines. The role involves dismantling and refurbishing engines and similar equipment used in the rail, marine, and industrial sectors. This is a workshop based role.

Duties to include:
Stripping down of Mechanical Components (Engine Parts)
Removal and refitting of gearboxes / transmissions and hydraulic systems
Working from written instructions to complete overhaul activities

Candidate Requirements:
Ideally NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in motor repairs / mechanical fitting or equivalent
Experience considered
Must have Heavy Engine Assembly / Overhaul Experience
Relevant experience in rail or automotive industry
Excellent planning and organisational skills
