Mechanical EstimatorNottingham (Office / Hybrid Options Available) Competitive Salary + Package (DOE)We are working with a well-established and growing mechanical contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Mechanical Estimator into their team based in Nottingham.This is a great opportunity to join a busy and forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work across a range of sectors.The RoleAs a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of mechanical projects.Duties will include: Preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical packages (HVAC, ductwork, pipework, etc.) Carrying out take-offs from drawings and specifications Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations Reviewing tender documents and identifying risks/opportunities Supporting value engineering and cost-saving initiatives Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly ductwork and HVAC Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience producing and pricing BOQs Strong commercial awareness Good communication and organisational skills The Company Established mechanical contractor with a strong reputation Projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression Apply / ContactIf you are a Mechanical Estimator looking for your next ..... full job details .....
