Location: Old Swan, Liverpool (option to work from our Leeds office)

Mechanical Estimator / Bid Manager

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed mechanical estimates and bids

Lead and manage the bid process from tender review to submission

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Attend pre- and post-tender meetings

Ensure bids meet technical and commercial requirements

Maintain and update estimating tools, databases, and cost libraries

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator or Bid Manager in the MandE or construction industry

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and technical drawings

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and in a team
