Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise, hands-on engineering and client-facing responsibility?We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their specialist team in Swadlincote.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong experience across industrial rotating and vibratory machinery who enjoys getting hands-on with complex equipment, diagnosing faults and taking ownership of engineering projects from initial inspection through to repair, servicing and technical recommendations.You''ll work across both the company''s workshop and customer sites throughout the UK, acting as a key technical point of contact between customers, Mechanical Fitters and Engineering Technicians. The RoleAs Mechanical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Leading and supervising machinery inspections, servicing and repair programmes, both within the workshop and at customer sites.Inspecting and diagnosing faults across industrial rotating and vibratory machinery, including screeners, feeders, separators and vibratory conveyors.Carrying out root cause analysis and identifying practical, effective engineering solutions.Supporting the design and modification of machinery and equipment.Managing machinery service and repair programmes, including planned and targeted repair schedules.Supervising onsite inspections, commissioning programmes, condition ..... full job details .....
