Description Mechanical Engineer Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, ventilation systems, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chilled beams, hot and cold water systems, and plumbing installations. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults to ensure safe and efficient building operation. Undertaking minor installations, repairs, and modifications. Supporting water hygiene management activities, including Legionella control measures and remedial works. Maintaining accurate maintenance records using CAFM and digital reporting systems. Participating in compliance audits and statutory inspections. Working closely with colleagues and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities. Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
