If you are a seasoned mechanical design engineer with a passion for precision and a desire to see your designs move from concept to global production, this is your chance to join a high-performing team where your expertise has a direct, worldwide impactDuration: 12-month initial contractPay Rate: 33.80 - 35.80 per hour (PAYE)Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of both high-pressure and low-pressure fuel systems.Manage component development projects from concept to production, ensuring they meet strict time, cost, and quality milestones.Partner with global engineering teams, suppliers, and production facilities to implement robust engineering solutions.Lead design reviews, assess technical risks through FMEA, and coordinate simulation and validation activities via DVPandR. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues using 8D methodology and Lean principles.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:A Bachelor''s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) with at least 10+ years of professional engineering experience.High proficiency in Creo for powertrain component design.A background in engine experience and a solid grasp of mechanical engineering ..... full job details .....
