Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services)

Our client is a well-established Mechanical and Electrical contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-end commercial and residential projects across London. They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team with at least 7 years experience in Building Sevices and MEP. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take a leading role in delivering complex, technically challenging projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, clients, and site teams to develop efficient, compliant, and high-quality mechanical design solutions. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed mechanical building services designs from concept through to construction. Prepare technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and design documentation. Coordinate mechanical services with multidisciplinary design and construction teams. Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, British Standards, and client requirements. Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including resolving design and installation issues. Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
