Overall management of a team of Project Managers delivering mechanical building services projects, primarily within the commercial office fit-out sector.Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements across all projects.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including conditions, deliverables, and variations.Manage contract changes, extensions, and terminations effectively.Identify and mitigate contractual and project delivery risks.Resolve disputes quickly and professionally, ensuring positive working relationships are maintained.Monitor financial performance using CVRs and other reporting tools.Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the project management team.The Company

5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Project Manager within building services.Will hold a SMSTS/Black Managers CardDemonstrated success in delivering projects within the commercial sector.Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple contracts simultaneously.Proficient in contract management software (ideally Construct) and with experience in the air conditioning sector.What You’ll Get
