Job DescriptionAbout our Client: One of the largest Perimeter Security Total Solutions Providers. They are experts in manufacturing, supplying, and installing security fencing systems throughout the UK.About the Role:Oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams.Ensure work is installed safely, on time, within budget, while maintaining high standards.Work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to run projects effectively.Manage projects ranging from £5k to over £1 million.About the Candidate:Previous experience working within construction.Knowledge of Security Fencing/Gates; CSCS/SMSTS certification would be advantageous.Minimum of 5 years'' Contracts Management experience, preferably within the fencing industry.Experience in leading teams effectively.Strong influencing and negotiating skills.Estimating skills to accurately capture all variations.Knowledge of project management with strong commercial acumen.Accurate forecasting skills.Excellent organisational skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Points of Appeal:Company car.Company pension.Competitive salary and benefits package.Excellent future career ..... full job details .....
