Mechanical Contracts Manager Our client, a growing SME mechanical building-services subcontractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business with a strong reputation for technical expertise, quality and reliable project delivery. The Role You will oversee multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required standards. Working closely with the Head of Operations and Company Director, you will support project and site teams while maintaining relationships with clients, main contractors, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover. Support project teams with programmes, costs, procurement, resources and delivery. Monitor progress, key dates, project risks and commercial performance. Lead project and client meetings. Manage subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors. Review mechanical drawings, specifications and design information. Liaise with consultants and design teams to resolve technical queries. Provide practical technical guidance to project and site teams. Monitor costs, variations, additional works and procurement.
