We’re representing a respected MandE contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-value mechanical projects across the Midlands and beyond. They’re now seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their Northampton office and take the lead on multiple commercial and industrial schemes.

This is a senior-level, permanent role offering autonomy, progression, and a competitive package.

Role Responsibilities

Oversee full mechanical delivery across multiple projects

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project resources

Ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are met

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments

Drive health and safety, compliance, and technical standards

Contribute to strategic planning and business growth
