As they continue to grow, the company is actively focused on expanding its building services division, aiming to further enhance its reach and capabilities in the construction industryThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our client based from their regional office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will have a key role in overseeing building services packages across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning education, commercial, and residential sectors with values between £100k - £5m. Responsibilities will encompass negotiating contract terms, diligently monitoring project progress and performance, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation and corporate policies, resolving contractual and technical challenges, and maintaining detailed and accurate records.
