Mechanical Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team on a major commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical installation works on site, ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, programme, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical building services within commercial construction, proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors, and the ability to drive mechanical packages through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all mechanical installation works on site, including HVAC, ventilation, heating, chilled water, domestic water services, and associated mechanical systems. Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, site operatives, and specialist suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently. Ensure all mechanical works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, project programmes, and relevant regulations. Monitor progress against the construction programme and proactively address delays, technical issues, and site constraints. Liaise with the Project Manager, MandE team, consultants, main contractor, and other trades to ensure effective coordination.
